•In charge of the implementation of the Sales & Distribution plans
•In charge of the implementation of the effective sales & marketing strategies related to all the product
•Provide consistent goal requirements and relative performance for distributor base
•Manage all distribution services, focusing on accuracy and stability of forecast and planning, driving minimal inventory levels and equipment costs while maintaining aggressive service level targets
•Manage multiple distributor relationships, providing support and training
•Identify, create and implement policies, processes and procedures that increase efficiencies and optimize the distribution network
•Working with key accounts to establish programs and promotions to drive sales
•Working with the Marketing team on new product launches and variety of other market communications initiatives
•Working with the international principals to improve pricing or marketing plans
•Build a strong relationship with sales and distribution heads across operations
•Analyze, follow-up and take action on Business Unit P&L
•Propose and follow-up cost savings initiatives

Required Qualifications:

•Excellent Sales & Distribution expertise
•Excellent experience in building relationships with new customers and enhancing existing relationships to maximize sales & margin returns
•Extensive knowledge of distribution channel management
•Able to navigate complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining collaborative environment
•Desire for exceeding goals, maximizing income, and assuming responsibility for growing business
•Proven ability to coordinate tasks among multiple groups and work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•Negotiation and influence mature skills
•Result driven: time management, planning and execution skills
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to work collaboratively with management teams
•Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations to the senior management
•Ability to coach and create high-impact managers that build on positive teamwork and collaboration

•Bachelor’s Degree –  in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
•Masters desirable: Business Administration, Finance, Commercial
•Around 10 years of experience gained from the leadership positions in Sales & Distribution – in Consumer Goods
•Good English
