Java Team Leader | Lodz, Poland
-permanent rol,  salary around 200k PLN gross, p/y + annual bonus
-Project RedBend – Ignite platform: Maintenance and enhancement of current products on OTA (over – the – air- update)

Responsibilities:
The Software Management Server Team is responsible for the delivery development and support of all back end business logic and business integration with vendor’s applications.
-Lead a development team of developers and testers
-Mentor and empower employees
-Sustain and improve the architecture of the application(s)
-Promote good implementation practices, design, coding standard, testing, code review, etc
-Estimate implementation duration for projects, features
-Assist in managing projects of various sizes
-Take active part in the requirements process
-Guide the development process
-Participate in managing the development vision

Required Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience in Software development (in JAVA/ J2EE and SQL development)
-2+ years of experience leading a development team of developers
-Good leadership skills mentor, oversee and lead team members
-Excellent software architecture and design skills
-Strong experience with one major database server, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or MySql
-Deep knowledge of the following frameworks: Hibernate, and Spring
-Experience with web service protocols like SOAP, Rest, and JSON
-Experience with NoSQL technology
-Strong problem solving skills, good communication skills
