Join the Executive Leadership Team with a core mandate to drive financial and operational excellence. Lead the Finance Team while collaborating closely with the Group’s Finance Department to uphold and embed the company’s values.
– Serve as the company’s primary financial advisor, offering strategic guidance on all finance-related matters while staying updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
– Maximize productivity within the finance function by setting clear quantitative targets, driving accountability, and implementing effective people management practices.
– Champion the company’s culture of governance, ethics, values, and sustainability, ensuring it remains at the forefront of decision-making.
– Oversee and ensure the effectiveness of financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
– Monitor and deliver full transparency on the company’s financial performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
– Design, implement, and adapt governance policies, controls, and procedures to maintain a world-class control environment, with the finance function leading by example.
– Act as a strategic partner by contributing to the company’s overall strategy development and ensuring its seamless execution at all organizational levels.
– Lead the development and execution of robust forecasting, budgeting, accounting, and reporting processes to support the company’s strategic goals.
– Safeguard financial assets and cash flow through effective systems of internal controls, while overseeing external audit processes to ensure full regulatory compliance.
– Ensure timely collection of receivables and prompt payment to suppliers, maintaining strong financial discipline.Leadership and People Development:
– Oversee the performance and development of direct reports, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Drive departmental performance by cascading Sustainability KPIs within the Finance function.
– Collaborate with HR to identify high-potential talent and successors within the Finance team, implementing tailored development plans.Compliance and Governance:
– Ensure full alignment with company policies and country-specific regulatory requirements, proactively mitigating risks.
– Champion corporate governance and ethics management, fostering a culture of integrity across internal and external stakeholders.
– Partner with Compliance to drive adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policy.
Required Qualifications:
Apply for This Job– Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
– 10+ years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
– Proven experience in leading a Finance function and managing teams effectively.
– Extensive knowledge of financial accounting, including international accounting standards.
– Internationally recognized financial or accounting professional qualification, such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CFA, or CPA.
– Fluent in English.
