External Relationship Management – lenders, auditors, attorneys and Government Institutions

Commercial Planning and Strategy
Assist formulation and sign off on all pricing issues (calls and handsets)
Review and sign all property leases (office, residential, cell sites)
Review business cases
Review and sign all commercial agreements and contracts (including dealers, distributors, consultants, vendors)
Close review of terms of major purchases including Ericsson

Team Management; Hire, train and ensure the day to day management of the Finance team.
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Financial Controller
Revenue Assurance & Fraud Manager
Treasury and Collections Manager

Required Qualifications:

BSc. in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
CPA – a big plus
10+ years of experience in a similar position
ERP Implementation Experience
Tax & Treasury skills
Experience of dealing with legal and commercial matters
Telecommunications experience
Native Spanish, Fluent English
