Regional Digital Marketing Manager / Head, Costa Rica
– in charge of Costa Rica, EL Salvador and Honduras

Overview:
Position the Brand in the Digital Media
Implement the global digital strategy and build local company knowledge about local digital trends, consumer behaviour, market dynamics in the local digital arena, to support Categories, Brand Managers and Innovation Managers in selling the products.

•Local implementation and administration of all the digital products (web, mobile, Apps) with special focus on eCommerce and Self care initiatives
•Define and administrate the local content of each of the local digital products
•Improve local digital performance of the products and social communities (traffic, conversion, engagement, fans, investments)
•Develop on line campaigns to support product strategy in the digital area
•Support the implementation of a digital lifestyle brand fully connected to the consumers in a complete, helpful and delightful way
•Train local organization on digital capabilities

Required Qualifications:

•University degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
•5+ years of digital experience, preferably with a media property, Telecom, FMCG and/or IT
•A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful online strategies
•Local digital marketing knowledge
•Project management
•Platform and software digital knowledge to support the digital project implementation: eCommerce, Selfcare, etc

•Ability to engage in effective and persuasive negotiations and strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Management and leadership
•Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
•Mature ability to work collaboratively with management teams throughout the organization and to be seen as a valuable expert resource to be sought out
•Ability to achieve results through others
•Set and manage priorities
•Good English and Spanish
