Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing all site acquisition and Estate Management related activities and performance. Supported by the local property strategy, the property coordinator will ensure targets set are achieved in consultation with the Property Manager.

•Working towards achieving the operational objectives that have a significant impact on the departmental results
•Setting up, managing and attending required meetings to meet and support daily operational requirements
•Ability to escalate in time matters requiring Management inputs
•Improving productivity and quality by implementing best practice initiatives
•Supplying information to Management (if applicable) with regard to the progress achieved within the department based on the assessment criteria laid down by the organisation
•Manage site SAQ consultants/brokers activities and performance.
•Manage the site lease renewal process and including negotiation and contract execution.
•Negotiate and converse all leases into Perfect Lease.
•Monitor and follow up on all lease payments.
•Ensure sites are acquired according to the coverage and site acquisition priority plan and business strategy, in a manner best suited to meet current and future business needs.
•Ensure necessary assistance is rendered during Technical Site Inspection (TSI) for site rollout are professional conducted and parameters adhere to for report.
•Follow up on, report and update on all relevant permits and engaging relevant authorities for such permits.
•Manage land owners to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Resolve all landlord issues including access thus ensuring that there are no site access denied to affect the network operation.
•Attending hearings in case of any conflict/disputes.
•Undertaking assignments assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

Hold a property, real estate or surveying / valuation related degree as a minimum
~2 years of experience in site acquisition/collocation activities and commercial property experience
Ideally should hold a post graduate property related qualification such as: CPM (Irem) , MRICS or equivalent
Experience of working in a large organisation/listed organisation
