Key Responsibilities:

Head of Supply Chain Management
Oversee and implement strategies for the Supply Chain department and support the overall operation within the business to ensure that the required service and product are available at the right time and the right cost in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.

•Managing all purchases in the OpCos (Opex, Capex, SG&A)
•Implementing the Group defined procurement Strategy and making sure that the processes are followed and respected.
•Promoting stock visibility with Projects and Operations team to ensure that existing inventory is checked and used prior to making any new purchase decisions.
•Applying the Group operated Supply Chain Transformation
•Overseeing Products/Services costing, managing requests, identifying ways to reduce Product / Services cost, overseeing RFQ and RFP processes
•Managing logistics, warehousing, and custom clearance
•Designing, deploying, and managing relevant measures for reviewing performance across Site Acquisition and lease renewal process
•Facilitating smooth and reliable functioning of the day-to-day operations of the office through administrative work
•Ensuring that the company’ recommendations relating to the Environment, Safety and Health are respected in the daily management of the warehouses
•Ensuring all supply chain procedures are in line with country laws, policies and regulations

Required Qualifications:

•At least 10 years (out of which 5 must be in a senior role) postgraduate experience in Supply Chain
•Intensive experience in purchasing, supply chain management, contract management or outsourcing is a must
•Knowledge of good clearing regulation and laws for disposal, importation and all logistics fields
•Successful track record in the delivery of supply chain targets strongly recommended
•Experience in managing and motivating a supply chain team
•Understanding of telecom network rollout process is an advantage
•Good understanding of technical services and commercial contracts
•Proven ability to analyse complex business issues and identify, design and implement effective practical recommendations
•Culturally aware and adept at working across multiple geographies
•Proficient in project management and time management
