Description:

Participate in the design of processes and maintenance of reporting of accurate and timely financial and non-financial information to the EC and Board. This involves understanding the key drivers of operations different products, performing analysis to make recommendations that will improve financial effectiveness. This involves the participating and / or managing the quarterly forecasts and annual budget as well as reviewing business cases.

•The key point of contact for a portfolio of operations
•Perform analysis of KPIs together with financial performance to ensure understanding of operating performance of businesses
•Ensure the outputs we use to analyse business performance and reporting to the senior management team are fit for purpose
•Work with Financial Systems team and business stakeholders to ensure that system tools are up to date and fit-for-purpose. Drive continuous improvement of current methods of working to optimise forecasting models across the group and systems
•Review material investment plans with the technology teams as part of the approval process
•Other ad hoc analysis to the support the FP&A team and the wider finance group

Required Qualifications:

•Qualified accountant (eg ACA, CIMA, ACCA..) or a degree in Finance
•Strong analytical skills as an analyst in finance or commercial functions / 5+ years
•Experience in the Group Consolidation
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Experience in consolidation and planning systems such as Oracle HFM, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Tidemark
•Spanish Speaking – good / a must

•Ability to work in a multi-cultural fast moving environment
•Rigorous attention to detail
•Organised, flexible and customer oriented person who can work within short deadlines
•Capable of working efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision
