In charge of the Technical Strategy for OT & IT
Mobile Network and Fiber Optic Network, VAP, Billing System, CRM, Transmission (DWDM, SDH, MW), Core, Service Delivery, Operation & Maintenance

Ensure strategy compliance, project implementation, solution design, software development, the operation and support of services provided to ensure the quality experience to both internal users and external customers.

-Development and monitoring of projects through meetings and reviewing progress reports daily to ensure that projects network expansion, regulatory, new products and services are executed according to the scope established by reviewing the solution to implement and providing support decision-making.
-Ensure compliance of the budget CAPEX / OPEX, ensuring the delivery of CARS on the scheduled dates, ensuring the implementation of projects accounting, requesting and reviewing CAPEX forecast execution across the enterprise by reviewing reports and establishing plans action, to ensure compliance with saving initiatives, weekly, to correct deviations and ensure that the implementation of the budget is carried out and is shown in the accounts properly.
-Budget Validation OPEX / CAPEX in different versions, making reports, reviewing budget execution in previous years, KPIS, business prospects, costs established in contracts, new products to implement, on average once a week for seven months year to support the exercise projection results of the company and that the necessary investments in the network are covered.
-Ensure the quality of services offered, making reports, reviewing indicators and metrics, ensuring SLA compliance of suppliers, following up relevant cases support network once a week to ensure that the services offered meet required operating parameters, network events that are attended according to the times of SLAs and permanent solutions are implemented.
-Team Management – planning, identifying opportunities for improvement and performance feedback for continuous professional development and team personnel.

Required Qualifications:

Ing Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineer
Master: Finance, Business Management, Projects, Telecommunications
10+ years of experience in  a similar position
Strong Knowledge of: 2G, 3G, 4G, CORE, Transmission Systems, Budgeting, IT Infrastructure, VAP
Strategic planning, decision making, work under pressure
Strong team management skills
Fluent Dutch (must) and English
