Offer the best experience to our customers through Core Mobile Network and Fixed Core Network
• Responsible for Core Network budget preparation, execution and follow-up both CAPEX and OPEX
• Ensure the network performance validating MSP compliance (PI, KQI, SLA y RSLA), including MSP´s tasks of optimization, engineering, capacity fore case and documentation of Core Network
• Execute projects for capacity expansion, technology renovation, new integrations and requirements from commercial areas, controlling scope, investment, time and quality
• Investigation and proposal for new technological solutions for Mobile Core Network
• Support digital transformation initiatives
• Comply with internal controls and policies, methodologies and procedures
• The scope includes Core Mobile Networks and Fixed Core Networks

Required Qualifications:

– Plan, design, and management of core network GSM, UMTS, IP   –  3+ years
– Expert in Mobile Core network GSM/UMTS/LTE voice and data platforms (SGSN, GGSN, CG, EPC, MME, S-GW, P-GW, DNS, MSC-S, MGW, STP, DRA, HLR, HSS, SPS, CS FALLBACK, VOLTE)
– Good in Radio Access Network (RNC, BSC)
– Good in data network IP and VoIP (Redes MPLS, VPLS, dynamic and static routing protocols)
– Fundamentals HFC para CATV
– Advanced knowledge PCC (PCRF, PCEF)
– Advanced knowledge Real Time Billing System (CBS)
– Advanced knowledge PBX
– Advanced knowledge softswitch (Cirpack, Safari)
– Advanced knowledge systems IN (Prepayment and related systems as EPIN, GMB, Voicemail, USSD, MCA )
– Advanced knowledge NGN, IMS network
– Advanced knowledge ISDN, PSTN and TDM network
– Advanced knowledge Project evaluation and managment
– Advanced knowledge data network security
– Fundamentals for statistics and voice/data traffic (OSS, KPIs, KQIs)
– Fundamentals of Database Oracle, SQL Server
– Fundamentals finance and budgeting
– Fundamentals Traffic Engineering telephone and international interconnections (IGW, SBC)
– Native Spanish and good English
