Business Development – Europe
Analysis of customers’ needs and advising on products and services
Negotiating with individuals from financial areas (CFO, Finance Manager etc.)
Preparation of commercial offers tailored to customer requirements
Work with HQ on sales strategy and its implementation
In-depth market research
Required Qualifications:
5+ years experience in selling services and products B2B (in the sector: Finance / IT / similar)
Experience in working with foreign markets
Experience in developing sales strategy for products and services
Experience in team management
Proven successes in closing deals – B2B customers
The ability to diagnose customer needs
Professional customer service
Self-confidence, assertiveness, motivation
Very good communication skills
Native English, very good knowledge of German
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word)
